ABOUT ME

I’m Chris, an applied sport scientist and strength and conditioning coach with nearly two decades of experience helping people perform, feel, and move better while understanding the science behind their improvements.

I have a PhD in sport and exercise biomechanics and I’ve worked with everyone from local amateurs to World Cup and international athletes.

Whether you are returning from injury, chasing your first parkrun completion or preparing for a major event, I love helping people reach goals that genuinely matter to them.
