I’m Chris, a Sports Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach with a genuine passion for helping people perform, feel, and move better while understanding the science behind their improvements. But why should you choose me?

42 IS THE ANSWER

Why 42?

42 has always been an important number for me and has popped up in a few places over the years.

Most people know it as the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.

Because of that book, I chose 42 as my shirt number when I took up Ultimate Frisbee at University.

I kept hold of it at every team I played for and even while representing GB and winning a European silver medal.

When I started the business, my very first client was 42 years old, and her ultimate goal was to run a marathon….

….which is 42 km.

Also, 42 days is 6 weeks – which has been proven to be the minimum length of a time you have to train for before observing measurable performance adaptations.
